Thank you for shopping with JA LASHES AND CO LTD. We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible while providing a reliable delivery service.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends, public holidays, and periods of exceptional demand.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Where available, tracking details will also be provided.

Please note that placing an order does not guarantee same-day dispatch. Orders placed outside normal business hours will begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery

We use reputable third-party courier and postal services to deliver our products.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only and begin from the date your order has been dispatched, not the date your order is placed.

While we aim to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Adverse weather conditions

  • Postal or courier delays

  • Customs processing (for international orders)

  • Industrial action

  • High seasonal demand

  • Other unforeseen events

JA LASHES AND CO LTD cannot guarantee delivery dates and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party delivery providers.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination, selected shipping method, and the weight or size of your order.

Any promotional free shipping offers are subject to the terms advertised at the time of purchase.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all delivery information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

JA LASHES AND CO LTD accepts no responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the parcel, the customer may be required to pay additional postage before the order can be resent.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter with the courier.

Parcels are not considered lost until the courier's official investigation period has been completed.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing jalashesandcoltd@outlook.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and packaging

Where appropriate, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and your statutory consumer rights.

International Orders

Where international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authority.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless expressly stated.

JA LASHES AND CO LTD is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Failed Deliveries

If a parcel is returned to us because:

  • An incorrect address was supplied;

  • Delivery attempts were unsuccessful;

  • The parcel was not collected from a collection point within the required timeframe;

we may charge the customer the cost of re-shipping the order.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is included with your selected shipping service, tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your dispatch confirmation.

Force Majeure

JA LASHES AND CO LTD shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, governmental actions, transport disruptions, strikes, cyber incidents, or supply chain interruptions.
