Thank you for shopping with JA LASHES AND CO LTD. We are committed to providing high-quality beauty products and want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened, used, or tampered-with items, including but not limited to:

  • DIY cluster lashes
  • Lash adhesives
  • Cosmetics
  • Beauty tools that have been opened or used

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Unopened Items

We may accept returns on unused, unopened, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • In their original packaging
  • Unused and in resalable condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or sent in error:

  • Opened or used DIY cluster lashes
  • Opened cosmetics
  • Opened lash adhesives
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless faulty, where required by law)

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued for:

  • Approved returns of eligible unopened products
  • Orders that cannot be fulfilled
  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (following review)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty product.
